Auto Spray is a complete embedded system, which is used to control the Leather Paint Spraying machine. Initially the machine was controlled using a discreet electronic system where the error percentage was more and the user interaction was limited. After we re-engineered the discreet electronics with embedded system, the error percentage is reduced and more features are included into the existing system.

An indigenously designed hardware connected with various sensors gather necessary information from the machine, about the conveyor RPM, spray gun RPM, and 32 photocell connected which is used to scan the shape of the leather in the conveyor. The Microprocessor which process the data and accurately triggers the spray gun on the leather which moves on the conveyor.
